yeah, the feeling is of helplessness...i always feel torn between the thought of giving some money to them to help them and thought of not giving to discourage the growth of the seeds of begging in their absorbing minds...end up doing either of the two depending on which feeling gets stronger..wish there was an effective solution to this problem... wish these could live a childhood full of love and care and everything that a child should have...
